Keen observers will notice the exposed roof timbers on the older building in the foreground.

They add a certain style to the roofline of an old gymnasium.

Further back there’s a three storey building with a modern interpretation on the “open eaves” theme.

Those little “teeth” running at 600mm centres below the fascia are our RF01 dummy rafter feet.

Used in conjunction with a pvc fascia and soffit system they meet planning requirements but require far less maintenance than painted trusses.
