Here’s a great example of an Orac installation on the prestigious site St.Joseph’s site in Mill hill, North London.

Our Luxxus cornice products have been selected for their excellent acoustic properties, and ease of handling.

The Part E Building Regulations which apply to new build and refurbishment of residential properties being built in the UK require developers to minimise any intrusion of noise between floors.

Traditional plaster mouldings are solid and acoustically unable to meet the  appropriate standards.

The nominated contractor on this site had previous experience of Orac and was happy to offer our  C334 coving for these apartments. The suitability of our polyurethane materials was never in doubt, and their properties are enhanced still further by our sound deadening properties of our adhesives.

Having all these attributes is one thing, but none of this would be enough without the finished product looking the part.

I’m delighted that the project manager has co-ordinated the build programme, and sub-contractors to ensure the best quality installation.

Our coving has been installed in accordance with our guidelines, and the FDP700 adhesive sticks best when the ceiling has no mist coat.  In a few weeks time the decorators will have finished off these corridors to a high standard.
