As the U.K. new build market continues to surge forward many developers are looking at recreating the old fashioned open eave style homes.

In such properties there is usually an exposed timber “triangle” where the roof timbers are trimmed below a fascia.

Whilst it might look good it presents maintenance issues.

Thankfully these can be addressed by a PVCu soffit and our new Rafter Foot at 600mm centres.

These are now in stock and available on a next day delivery basis.
