The average Englishman usually buys a new home fitted out with  low maintenance PVCu windows, fascia and soffit.

That’s fine, as most of us are too busy to spend a week dangling off a ladder with a paint brush in hand.

More discerning home owners want something a little grander, and equally durable.

Here one of our long standing customers is just putting the finishing touches on two homes in Virginia Water.

The Site Agent was so pleased with the result he asked me to come and see how he’s been getting on.

The client had chosen a timber eaves detail, with our Orac Luxxus underneath. As it comes in a white primer, the painted finish can be one consistent colour throughout.

The polyurethane cornice has no nasty resins inside, and takes gloss paint beautifully, and will last years.

In our picture you’ll see the softened effect our C332 cornice achieves.

My next post will be a close up, on this fantastic £4.5 million pound house.
